Join our team now at Siemens Healthineers as a Manufacturing Supply Chain Leader to further strengthen our Global Reagent Manufacturing Network. This role will report to the Head of Reagent Supply Chain and play a key role in defining and executing optimization projects and programs across the Network.
This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Manufacturing Supply Chain Leader, you will be responsible for:
Actively identify improvement opportunities and take the lead role in global implementation of said activities, working closely with the Site Heads, Financial Controllers, and Operational Excellence Teams.
Drive the execution of currently planned projects, identify, and implement future projects and be involved in problem solving activities to drive overall performance and process improvement across the reagent manufacturing network.
Effectively communicate and interact with the Reagent Manufacturing Leadership Team, to trouble shoot issues, respond to challenges, develop solutions, and deploy process changes across the network.
Required skills, education, and experience that will enable you to succeed in this role:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant business or functional field of study.
10+ years of experience driving improvements in a Supply Chain Business Function role.
Minimum of 5 years working effectively in diverse global
Experience in life sciences or pharmaceutical production environment with demonstrable understanding of the required process knowledge and regulations.
Expert in a wide variety of Supply Chain areas and can demonstrably show evidence of accomplishment in multi-site implementation.
Demonstrable experience leading large scale organizational changes and measuring effectiveness.
Demonstrated ability to Define, Coach, Execute, Deploy, and Deliver Results.
Ability to build relationships and influence teams and individuals in the development of business performance capabilities.
Independent, self-starter – able to set agenda and drive progress with little direction.
Change leader & trust builder with the ability to influence and collaborate.
Effective communicator with the ability to convey visions and case for change, and with strong facilitation skills – experience in leading groups in kaizen and drive compelling results.
Executive presence/maturity – can interact with and drive leaders as well as associates to progress commercial improvements.
Results oriented with the ability to balance multiple business considerations and multiple projects in parallel, including working with virtual/remote teams.
Rigorous analytical/data driven problem solver who can help teams reduce complex situations to enable progress and results.
Experimentation/solution innovation mindset – able to help teams take and manage risk, drive experimentation to facilitate learning.
Critical thinking and decision-making, business astuteness, and process orientation.

Strong command of Microsoft Office products: PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
Ability to commit to up to 40% domestic and International Travel.
Preferably located in the Boston, MA area with the capability to be on-site in Walpole MA, work remotely, and travel as required.

Advanced degree in a technical or business discipline
Experience working in a regulated / FDA environment
Prior experience working in a large, matrixed organization
