This role is an exciting opportunity to join the Chinese Pharma team, reporting to the Head of Vertical Sales, positioning Siemens capabilities and solutions into the sector with specific focus on C> (Cell&Gene Therapies)/Biotech businesses.
What are my responsibilities?
- to increase the market share
- Organize market promotion and Seminar with Marcom
- Collaboration with HQ experts to transfer domain know-how to China
- Maintain the relationship with Key player in eco-system

The candidate we are seeking will not be restricted by sector experience, but should ideally have the following experience:
- Sales/Process knowledgably in the Pharma/Life Sciences and/or R&D sector,
- Understanding/experience of a C-suite Insight/Challenger sales approach
- An understanding of organizations and technologies deployed within the sector
- Ability to convey Siemens solutions for IT/OT/DCS /MES/ eBR & digitalization (Software & Consulting)
The ability to work independently and within a team is a fundamental of the role, and as appropriate will require travel within China and engagement with VSS Pharmaceutical HQ in Germany.
