What are my responsibilities? 

Development and implementation type test concepts based on appropriate evaluations for Motor, Drive or NC products during product development process

在研发过程中，负责电机、驱动或数控类产品的型式测试方案制订

Execution test concept and verification the reliability of new product, such as EMC, Environment, Mechanical, Safety, motor etc.

执行测试用例的方案，并验证新产品EMC, 环境、机械、安规、电机等性能

Acquisition of test resources and reserving the test equipment 

保证测试资源和测试设备

Commissioning of the Equipment Under Test in the drive system via PLC , Python, C++ or LabVIEW

调试伺服驱动系统配置测试产品，需要使用PLC, Python, C++ 或者LabVIEW

Documentation of type test process and result

测试的过程和结果进行记录

Cooperation with the certification procedures of CE, UL, TUV etc.

协助完成CE、UL、TUV等产品认证流程

Participation in the type test review

参与型式测试报告的审核

Contact window between HQ about test methods, test resource arrangement etc

和总部沟通测试方法，测试资源等的协调

What do I need to qualify for this job? 

Master degree of electrical, electronic, motor, automation, mechanical related major

电器、电子、电机、自动化及机械相关专业硕士

Good at English both in spoken and written, CET 6 preferred.

良好的英语口语及书面表达能力,最好是6级

Good communication skill and teamwork spirit

良好的沟通协调能力及团队合作精神
