西门子数控 电机样机工程师

职责:

Job Responsibility:

• responsible for manufacturing motor prototype and some fixture for motor assembling, main manufacture machine includes lathe, milling, drilling, grinding, line cutting, argon welding etc.

负责电机样机零部件及其工装的加工与装配, 主要的操作机床包括车床，铣床，钻床，磨床，线切割，氩弧焊等。

• do some motor assembling job, like winding, fixing, gluing, balancing, sealing, shrinking

 负责样机的装配工作，包括绕线，固定，粘接，动平衡，密封等工作

• esponsible for new manufacturing technology development and transfer to production

负责电机新制造技术的开发和导入到产线

资质:

Qualification:

• technical drawing and document reading

能看懂技术文档和相应的图纸

• operate machine skillfully, like lathe machine, milling machine, grinding machine, argon welding machine, line cutting machine, hydraulic machine, high temperature oven, hack saw machine, small hole drilling machine etc

能够熟练操作车床，铣床，圆磨床，氩弧焊，线切割，油压机，高温箱，卧式锯床，穿孔机等

• skillful locksmith technology of  mechanical assembling and line drawing,

具有熟练钳工装配与划线技术

• good knowledge of manufacturing performance of some material, like aluminum, brass，normal 45# steel, silicon steel.

掌握常用材料的加工性能，如铝，铜，45钢，硅钢片。

• understanding of mechanic part surface finish, tolerance, mechanic fit (clearance fit, interference fit, transitional fit)

对机械零部件的表面粗糙度，形位公差，配合（过盈配合，过度配合，间隙配合）有一定理解。

• Familiar with motor manufacturing technology and process

熟悉电机的生产及工艺过程。

• Good teamwork.

具有团队合作精神。
