1. Field update project coordinator, to release a planned update to installed base.
2. Sustaining project engineer, to support sustaining system project manager for project topics.
3. Regular & specified monitoring for installed base status overview.
4. Interface with key countries for critical issues reported from monitoring.
5. Other new tasks from project teams.
