Job Description

Goals/Mission

Support machine tool dealer and end-user in the South of China. Arrange seminars and joined activities together with the machine tool dealer. Provide transparence of the machine tool market based on the information’s from dealers. Prepare marketing material and coordinate the promotion of SINUMERIK.

 

What are my responsibilities?               

  • Analyze the local market and provide transparency about the market situation, create reports and provide the information’s to HQ
  • Intense the dealer relationship by frequent dealer and customer visits together with sales and international colleagues
  • Work together with product management, service and user support to coordinate the internal  activities
  • Strong coordination with our international dealer support team and HQ to implement the world wide customer and dealer support
  • Adapt the marketing material to Chinese market and using local platforms to share the information’s
  • Knowledge management of Customer Relation Management (CRM 2.0 )

    Business plan/ reporting/communication support

    What are my responsibilities?

    Contact person to HQ CRM 2.0 for knowledge management.

    Develop related promotion materials for various media propose.

    Develop presentations (slides) for various propose

    Internal trainer to our CRM 2.0 colleagues in regions

What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • Bachelor degree or higher in electrical engineering
  • At least three years work experience
  • Knowledge about CNC machining (SINUMERIK)
  • Good communication skills, English fluently
  • Strategic thinking and strong analytical skill
  • Ability to work in an international team
