This is your role. What part will you play?

  • Handle each project’s scope and timeline, Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
  • Mentor team members in Agile frameworks, Facilitate internal communication and effective teamwork
  • Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or partners)
  • Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
  • Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur, Help teams implement changes optimally
  • Ensure work are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
  • Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity
  • Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it.
  • Ensure compliance with customer and interpersonal processes.
  • Collaborate with other scrum teams, seek sources of information, initiate lesson learnt workshops and documentation (Knowledge Management)
  • Ensure timely communications with all project partners in an effective manner. (Partner Management)

We don’t need superheroes, just super minds

  • You must have BE / B.Tech / MCA / ME / M.Tech qualification with 6 years of confirmed ability? Must have Certified Scrum Master, SAFe work experience, at least 2 years as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
  • Good knowledge on software development and process
  • Deep understanding of the Agile and SAFe Principles and how they are applied in workplace culture.
  • Able to handle most exciting situations with respect to team Agile issues.
  • Strong facilitation skills within teams and groups, facilitate sprint events/ceremonies for multiple teams.
  • Experience resolving issues with higher levels of management.
  • Strong communication, team dynamics, conflict resolution, mentoring, and servant leadership skills.
  • Sufficient understanding of technology systems and the ecosystem the team works in to help team in overcoming roadblocks.
  • Responsible for refining business requirements and features into technical requirements.
  • Responsible for identifying project risks and potential mitigation strategies.
  • Identify, own, and remove impediments for the team daily, Supervise metrics of team progress, efficiency, and success.
  • Be a change agent to enable a culture in which scrum teams can thrive and be heard.
  • Serve as a mentor that transfers agile knowledge and experience to the team, Ability to identify cross team dependencies and align work effectively.
