What part will you play?

As Channel Manager you are working with the Worldwide Sales Team for eMobility and Future Grid and are responsible for the acquisition, retention, and development of top tier channel partners serving the rapidly accelerating eMobility infrastructure market:
  • In your new role you serve as the owner with business responsibility for channel market builder programs and their direct impact on the growth of AC charging business
  • You have the ownership of distribution contracting framework including the contractual adaptations, business risk management, and scaling across partners operating in over 30 countries
  • You are leveraging industry relationships to identify and grow new channel partners for the Siemens Future Grid Business Segment 
  • Furthermore, you are responsible for construction and marketing of a channel partner training and incentive programs
  • You are leading a dedicated HQ channel management team and are responsible to building up local channel promotors in key eMobility countries. You are working closely with distributors and partners
  • Finally, you accelerate the channel sales for eMobility products throughout the International (IEC) Markets including Europe, Middle East, SE Asia, and South America 
What you need to make real what matters.
  • The basis of your success is a master´s degree in electrical engineering, industrial engineering or business administration
  • You have long-term experience in channel management, sales, business development, marketing, account management of electrical product businesses and you have ideally experience in the eMobility or renewable space
  • You have leadership experience and working knowledge of electric vehicles and electric vehicle charging technologies as well as in executing an array channel marketing, sales, and business development initiatives with prior experience of channel growth strategies
  • Furthermore, you have know-how in entrepreneurial selling and marketing techniques as well as passion for eMobility and the conversion to a 100% electric future
  • You are fluent in English.German skills or other language skills are a plus
  • You have the flexibility to travel (in a post-Covid World) up to 40% (travelling throughout European Union)
  • Strong analytical and strategic skills to solve complex problems complete your profile
