Job Description

About the Prague Metro Line C maintenance project:
We are responsible for the end-to-end maintenance and servicing of metro trains on Line C (Full Service). Dopravní podnik hl.m. Prahy (Prague Transit Authority, DPP) leases us a part of the Kačerov depot, where we carry out all maintenance of the metro trains deployed on Line C. Under this contract, we guarantee that DPP will always have the necessary number of vehicles for operations until the end of 2034. Thus, they do not have to be concerned about spare part procurement and overall logistics. The Full Service employs about 120 people. 
Line C of the Prague Metro is 22.4 km long and has 20 stations. A total of 53 five-carriage M1 sets currently serve the busiest route in Prague, which carries more than 0.5 million passengers every day, according to a transport survey. The trains feature a modern design, low weight, and offer an energy-efficient operation. One trainset on Line C annually travels about 100,000 km.

What will be your responsibilities?
  • Preparing bids
  • Communicating with suppliers
  • Filing and administering project purchase orders
  • Dealing with customs issues and export control
  • Working in SAP (Purchasing module and stock control)
  • Providing logistics services (dispatching and shipping process, delivery notes etc.)
  • Working in internal tools (about suppliers, EHS etc.)
