Then come in and join our Malaysia Healthineers team as Sales Support Assistant (6 months contract).

Your mission and responsibilities:
  • You will undertake the administrative job duties pertains to the sales department 
  • You will support  the sales team to make new plans regarding sales and process to enhance the job

  • You will  support pre and post sales over commercial aspects of tenders / contracts by assisting in review of tender specification, estimates system requirement and prepare quotation to ensure quality and accuracy of bid documents sent to customer 

  • You will provide end to end administrative support if tender process includes preparation of cover letter , prepare BQ , ensure supporting documents are included in submission , obtaining approval and signature and coordinate the quotation process   

  • You will initiate pre-tender and project handover meetings

  • You will support in the documentation of quotation and tender in the folder  

  • You will be responsible for all letter correspondence 

  • You will be responsible for 3rd Party Purchase Requisition (PR) creation 

  • You will be responsible for any other duties as and when required

Your qualifications and experiences:

  • You hold a successfully completed Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • You have a minimum 1 - 2 years working experience in the general administration field 

  •  Fresh Graduates  are encouraged to apply

Your personality and skills:

  • You are able to command in English and Bahasa Malaysia language both in written and spoken fluently
  • You have proficiency in computer applications – Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

  • You are a self-starter, positive attitude and a team player

  • You have the ability to work within deadlines and defined standards

  • You willing to work under 6 months contract
