This role will report directly to Head of People & Leadership, Zone China.
Develops, proposes and / or implements employee development policies, methods, processes or programs, and advises managers and / or employees accordingly for (an) assigned organization(s).
Responsible for People Methodology (Performance Management, Leadership Model and etc.) Implementation and Sustainability in China
Have in-depth knowledge of each People Methodology elements; collaborate with China L&D team to upskill managers and bring all these elements down to earth.
Maintain Performance Management process, and provide relevant tools kits and guidelines to ensure successful implementation.
Maintain talent review and succession planning process. Analysis talent data to provide insights for HRBP or Business leaders on succession planning and talent development.
Select and utilize internal and external talent assessment tools for talent review or Succession Planning
Workday master admin on People & Leadership model
Collaborate with global colleagues to implement Engagement Survey tool in China.
Act as Employee Engagement champion for Zone China
Equip self the knowledge domain on the tool, including survey methodology, platform, result interpretation and etc.
Collect feedback and support on continuous improvement of the tool with global partners
Provide consultation and suggestion to local HRBP/business leaders on the utilization of the tool to enhance employee engagement
Implement identified “D&I” activities in China
Identify and implement relative activities to fulfill “D&I” KPI for Zone China
Collaborate with L&D team and Corporate Communication to foster “D&I” culture in the organization
Support on M&A project, e.g. support culture intervention or change management workshop, deep analysis on culture survey, and etc.
Take lead to facilitate the Best Employer certification for China
About 6-8 years of demonstrated success as HR professional with relevant experiences in Talent Development, Leadership Development, etc.
Rich experience in executing TM&OD programs in a dynamic, high growth environment. English Fluent.
Bachelor's degree required and Master or MBA preferred in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or etc.
