What are my responsibilities?

Develop and implement mechanical and thermal concepts based on appropriate evaluations for (PMSM) servomotor and main motor products during product development process

开发设计伺服电机和主轴电机的结构方案和热设计方案

Execute and document structural, dynamical and thermal calculations, simulations and proof the feasibilities of chosen solutions

执行电机的结构设计,动态和热的仿真和计算,方案验证及优化

Take part in product care activities, like root cause analysis, action proposals and improvements

负责量产电机的日常生产维护,分析和解决生产中的技术问题

Consider manufacturing demands like poka yoke and design to cost

考虑生产制造的要求并实施降成本措施

Coordinate the qualification of mechanical and thermal components

电机零件的样品认证

Support customers (sales, product management), service, production, suppliers on technical issues

为客户,服务,生产,供应商提供技术支持

Develop suppliers for mechanical and thermal components

协同采购开发电机零件的供应商

What do I need to qualify for this job?

Bachelor degree or above– mechanical, electrical or similar

大学本科（含）及以上学历- 机械，电子或相关专业

>3 years experience in motor development

3年以上的电机开发经验

Familiar with Design tools like NX, ANSYS

精通3D设计软件NX以及分析软件ANSYS

Good at English both in spoken and written.

良好的英语口语及书面表达能力
