  • You are responsible for setting up and aligning a comprehensive service launch plan with timelines, quality gates and deliverables, readiness assessment across all CS processes, Regions, Zones, Countries, LD Franchise and associated LD functions (particularly R&D, SCM, Q, FI).
  • You will ensure that the launch preparation encompasses all basic and all advanced requirements as defined in the Service 4.0 Program (e.g. service portfolio/offerings; implementation, service delivery, contract management).
  • You will implement a holistic and successful end to end testing in close collaboration with all service processes and associated LD functions prior to launch and ensure 100% service readiness at the launch of the Atellica Solution CI1900.
  • In this role and as a CS member of the Global Commercialization Team you will oversee the entire service launch plan execution, constantly monitor status (Quality, Time, Budget).
  • You will deliver against the business plan, identify gaps, and optimize service efforts via process and product improvements with the responsible process owners / functions. This may include a timeframe after launch as defined and aligned with the Franchise.
  • You will utilize HPS (Healthineers Performance System) methodologies and strictly follow ERM (Enterprise Risk Management) guidelines.
  • You will prepare status reports and present to executive management on a regular basis.
  • You will report in this function directly to the Head of CS LD.

  • You have completed studies in management or engineering or comparable, ideally supplemented with an MBA.
  • You have experience and proven records in managing service/product launches. An in-depth understanding of the Healthcare environment, SHS service processes (headquarters and countries) and related functions is essential to be successful in this role.
  • The use of lean methodologies is common practice for you and good knowledge of our HPS is required.
  • Intercultural sensitivity, managing teams without direct reporting line and achieving cross functional alignment are key strengths.
  • You have good presentation and communication skills, and you show team and customer orientation.
  • Since interaction with international teams is required, excellent English skills are necessary, knowledge of other languages can be of advantage.
  • You are motivated, flexible, able and willing to work under high time pressure and deliver high quality results.

Required skills to have for the success of this role

  • BS/MBA and/or master degree (management/engineering/IT/…) or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum of 8 years’ service/project/program management experience; experience in Medical Technology industry
  • Previous international assignments and working experience in a matrix organization are of advantage
  • Some travel (national, international) may be expected <20%.
