Deputy Manager - Record to Report (Accounting Professional)

Job Description


  • Partners with the business unit / client to understand the critical challenges, Evaluates needs and design & architect technical solutions for the business problems
  • Drive enterprise wide digital transformation along with the consulting teams Integrated Solution Design Work with cross tower teams , sales, delivery and analytics to define a value based solution for the F&A tower.
  • Technical delivery ownership of the project/Tasks. Participate in design, development, deployment & implementation of digital solution 
  • Project Tracking, Control and Report, track the project scope, schedule, quality, resource requirements, financials, risks, SLAs on a periodic basis, take corrective measures and communicate to all stake holders as per the communication plan
  • Engaged in assessing current trends in the market in the domain of Finance and Accounting as well as cross tower solutions which are available in the market
  • Manage conflicting priorities and multiple stakeholders



  • Minimum 5+ years in digital transformation project with In-depth understanding of IT applications / functionalities as well as F&A processes
  • High degree of analytical, articulation and presentation and Decision-making skills
  • Experience in Agile, Iterative and hybrid project execution models (Must have Scrum Master certification)
  • knowledge of BI tools (Thoughspot, Qlick sense, Power BI etc)
  • Excellent hands-on skills with MS Project and Visio and RDBMs. 
  • Worked on APIs, HANA schema, AI & ML solutions
  • Strong client interactions, able to set & manage stakeholder expectations
  • Strong Written and Verbal Communication
  • PMP certification (Preferred)
