Job Title: Financial Head of Sales Region West
Location: Chengdu
Financial Head of Sales Region is mainly responsible for growing healthy business together with GM within own responsible business area. Directly responsible for all financial and commercial activities including sales commercial, logistics and controlling in the regional sales organization. Report to DI Financial Head of Sales, with main direct reports of sales commercial manager and controlling manager.

What are my responsibilities?

Mission
Financial Head of Sales Region is responsible for the profitable and sustainable business growth in the Region as a Sales Unit (SU) from the area of finance, commercial and administration:
· Support General Manager to achieve annual and short term/long term business targets in the responsible sales organization
· Drive sales financial excellence and efficient order-to-cash process
· Drive customer satisfaction to contribute sales
· Ensure team productivity and people development

Areas of Responsibility
· Define and implement short term, medium and long term region business development strategy together with GM for responsible SU
· Plan, steer and performance controlling to ensure SU’s profitable and sustainable business growth
· Utilize applicable financial tools to support business growth
· SU business target setup and performance monitoring
· Sales contract management and order management
· Risk, work quality and compliance management
· Asset management to ensure cashflow improvement
· Drive business process automation and digitalization
· Lives lean governance and drives continuous process optimization for continuous productivity improvement
· Professional and disciplinary management and people competency development
· Drive SU commercial projects/programs (e.g. commercial 4.0; E2E program, Business Reporting, etc.) to enhance commercial competence and support capability improvement
· Ad hoc tasks assigned by superior

What do I need to qualify for this job?

Education and Experience
· Bachelor or above in related majors, e.g. finance, MBA and trade etc.
· 10+ years commercial/financial management experience and at least 3 years in sales organization
· 5+ years leadership experience
