What are my responsibilities?

Be responsible for Initiating and building SIEMENS Industry Online Membership product developments, including industry investigation, user requirements analysis, product development and project management (tasks include requirements writing, product prototyping, project promotion, optimization iteration and delivery, supplier management) etc.

负责西门子工业技术支持网站会员体系的开发,包括开展产品市场调研、收集和分析用户需求,结合公司业务目标进行产品开发和项目管理(任务包含撰写需求书,产品原型设计,项目推进,优化迭代和交付,供应商管理等)等。

Be responsible for membership product operation of SIMENES technical support website including content management, CRM, data analysis and online event planning and execution. Through user path analysis, user label and other basic analysis methods, long-term promotion of product optimization. According to the characteristics of different channels in the Internet ecology, formulate the growth operation plan and target setting, promote the launch of all kinds of new activities, and take responsibility for the growth of traffic. Through data analysis, market research, online activities and other methods, insight into user needs and business needs, develop and implement user development strategies and implementation programs. Familiar with AARRR model, improve user growth system, complete user transformation, motivation and retention.

负责西门子工业技术支持网站会员产品的运营,包括用户管理、内容管理、数据分析及活动策划与执行等。通过用户路径分析、用户标签等基本分析方法,长期推动产品优化。根据互联网生态不同渠道特性制定增长运营规划和目标设置,推动各类拉新活动上线,对流量增长负责。通过数据分析、市场调研和线上活动等方式,洞察用户需求和业务需求,制定并实施用户发展策略和执行方案。熟悉AARRR模型,完善用户成长体系,完成用户的转化以及激励和留存。

Constantly optimize website features and services to improve website traffic and customer satisfaction based on website/widget features。
根据市场和业务需求,制定产品策略和机制,不断优化网站功能和服务,提升网站流量及用户满意度。

What do I need to qualify for this job?

-over 3-5 years of Product Management and CRM experiences for digital content/services related product;
具备3-5年以上互联网产品管理和用户管理经验;

- Mature understanding of membership system, user motivation system, user stratification and data analysis;
对会员体系、用户激励体系、用户分层及数据分析有成熟理解;

- Have experience in communication and operation of membership system;
具备微信平台等社交媒体的传播和运营经验;

- Active thinking, strong organization and innovation ability, strong executive ability, good at cross-department communication and cooperation;
思维活跃,组织及创新能力强,执行能力强,擅长跨部门沟通及合作;

- Strong ability to discover, analyze and drive problem solving. Excellent data reading and analysis skills;
具备很强的发现,分析,推动解决问题的能力,具备优异的数据阅读和分析能力;

-Basic website UI/UE knowledge;
了解网站用户体验相关知识;

-Digital marketing experience in industry field will be an advantage, experience of building and managing member system is preferred;
有工业领域数字营销经验优先,有创建何运营会员体系经验优先;

- be familiar with Microsoft office, Axure, Video editing tool and other operation related software;
熟练掌握Microsoft office等日常办公软件,熟练使用Axure、Photoshop、视频剪辑等各类设计工具及数据分析软件;

-Be responsible, innovative and collaborative;
认真负责,具备较强的创造力和团队合作能力;

- Passionate and open to communicate;

性格开朗,善于沟通;

-Good English verbal and written skills;
良好的英语听说读写;
