Application Owner Support - Praha/Ostrava

Job Description

For our Operations team in Prague we are looking for new member who will support HR tool called Avature.

In general we expect you to have:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to frequent change
- Strong communication skills and customer orientation
- Analytical skills
- Language skills: English B2-C1, German is advantage
- Knowledge of Avature tool is advantage

Application support will comprise:

- Collaborate and consult with process owner / business on functional requirements
- Support process owner in ensuring and monitoring service operations
- Contact person for development team for - clarification with regards to requirements
- Set up and maintain all mandatory documentation
- Ensure and prepare updates of all regulatory requirements
- Defines (global) mandatory service levels and corresponding KPIs
- Ensures effective knowledge and best practice sharing across the service delivery organization
- Drives development, implementation and improvement of global IT solutions
- Be of assistance to support agents.
