Job Description

职位描述

1.协助合作伙伴的数控产品宣传和推广、客户维护和销售管理等工作,完成合作伙伴自主业务的销售任务指标;
2.根据公司产品、价格及市场策略,配合合作伙伴制定相关销售计划,并按计划拜访和开发重点客户;
3.管理自主业务合同,帮助合作伙伴协调处理各类市场和日常销售问题,并协调并监督公司各职能部门操作;
4.协助合作伙伴搜集与整理客户资料,建立客户档案,并开展市场推广活动;
5.协助合作伙伴销售主管制定自主业务的销售策略、销售计划,以及量化销售目标;
6.收集一线营销信息和用户意见,对公司营销策略、售后服务、等提出反馈意见;
7.协助合作伙伴把握市场状况,收集市场信息,例如竞争对手状况,市场价格趋势;
8.参加公司召开的销售会议或组织的培训,按时完成要求的业务分析和报告;
9.协助合作伙伴日常的销售管理工作,特别是自主业务,推动销售管理制度化,系统化;
10.督促和协助合作伙伴相关数据管理系统和流程正常运转;
11.协助合作伙伴持续有效地增强销售人员的业务能力以及工程技术人员的技能水平,并安排相应的培训活动;
12.完成上级交办的其他工作。

任职资格

1.大专以上学历,自动化、电气工程、机械等相关专业;
2.具有三年以上机床销售或相关经验;
3.熟悉华南地区的机床市场;
4.具有敏锐的市场洞察力和市场分析能力;
5.具有优秀的表达能力和理解能力,善于沟通与协调;
6.勤奋、敬业、勇于接受挑战。

Job Responsibilities:

1.Assist assigned Business Partner’s customer relationship, MTS sales, promotion activities in assigned account and territory, fulfill own business sales target.
2.Support Business Partner to define sales strategy and plan, based on product, price and marketing strategy, and visit key customer accordingly.
3.Manage contract signing, coordinate for routine sales process, solve daily market and sales issues with other supporting functions.
4.Support Business Partner to collect and manage customer information, build up customer profile, and further marketing activities.
5.Support Business Partner’s sales manager to define sales strategy, plan and target.
6.Collect market information and customer feedback, advice to improve portfolio, marketing and service.
7.Guide Business Partner to monitor market status and collect information e.g. competitor status, price development.
8.Join company sales meeting and training, fulfill business review and reporting on time.
9.Assist and guide Business Partner routine sales management, focusing on own business. Develop Business Partner sales systematic process.
10.Support and ensure validation of necessary data reporting system in Business Partner.
11.Support Business Partner’s continuously competence development, including sales skill and engineer’s technical level, and arrange certain training.
12.Other assigned tasks.

Qualifications and Skills:

1.College or BS degree in automation, electrical, mechanical , and similar majors.
2.More that 3 years of sales experience in MTS.
3.Good understanding and knowledge in MTS market in South of China.
4.Good ability in market analysis and insight.
5.Good communication and coordination skill.
