Position Overview and Responsibilities:
Siemens Mobility seeks to hire its next influential and motivational Account Executive to present business and market strategies to diverse audiences. This position will be responsible for the sales effort and deliver revenue growth and execute the sales strategy at our partners at CSX and establish relationships across the signaling and operations organizations. We will develop and execute business development strategies and marketing/communication plans to identify and address competitive position, branding, and market awareness. We will identify, develop, and execute strategic partnerships and alliances to deliver best-in-class solutions and products! This position will be based out of Jacksonville, FL, and report to the Head of Sales.Required Knowledge/Skills/Education
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge in the field of Signaling/PTC & Network Operations
- Understand product offerings and how they relate to the customer/market
- Continued awareness and communication of market trends, competitor landscape, technology shifts, and political drivers that impact business strategy
- Partners with and influences across Siemens' businesses to align models and execute sales strategies in an effective manner
- 5+ years of successful leadership experience within the Signaling/Rail Automation industry to network with customers
