For our Digital Factory Division in NANJING, we are looking for a SNC DI Lean logistics system Engineer (Nanjing) 西门子数控(南京)有限公司物流系统方案工程师.

Mission of Function?

We work together with manufacture and logistic team to identify the improvement opportunities and develop the efficient business process through lean digital way. So that makes sure our E2E business to achieve best cost, best quality and best delivery performance

What are my responsibilities?

-        Line side presentation design of MOF factory 电机工厂线边材料存储规划

-        Raw material commissioning area design and optimization 原材料超市/配料中心的设计与优化

-        Material replenish route and information flow system design and optimization 原材料的送料路径和信息流程的设计与优化

-        Logistics Data analysis and KPI Dashboard show 物流数据分析并制作物流KPI可视化报表.

-        Logistics WMS system & TMS system topic discuss with IT 与IT团队讨论WMS及TMS系统话题.

-        Identify the improvement opportunities and work out concrete the measures to make sure the productivity target to be achieved. 提高效率的其他改进措施。

-        RDA tool development and optimization in logistics. 简单系统操作自动化程序的编写

What do I need to qualify for this job?

-        2-5 years with Logistic working experience in plant.

-        Bachelor degree and above, it is preferred to logistic system optimization/solution knowledge or experience;

-        Good oral English and communication skill;

-        Work on the team, support each other, try to establish the trust culture

-        Support and motivate the changes, initiate change

-        Good moderation skill

What else do I need to know?

-        SAP knowledge will be a plus

-        Overall of production/logistic process

-        Supply chain management knowledge

-        IT/Technology knowledge

-        Project management
