This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Financial Analyst 5, you will be responsible for

Responsible for the LD monthly close process including analysis and reporting of actuals, ARE analysis of key KPIs, variance analysis, monthly FC call package and commentary for CFO

Develop monthly LD Forecast - analysis of bottom-up submissions from legal entities to derive LD forecast and support preparation for monthly Healthineers Forecast Call with SHS CFO

Prepares presentations & reviews for CFO on a monthly basis 
Owner of LD Budget Process - responsible for ensuring end to end coordination between all stakeholders

Drives and establishes Automation & Digitalization within the DX Finance Organization especially for LD Performance Controlling use case
Actively improves processes with HPS methods to ensure effectiveness within DX/ LD reporting & controlling Point of contact for SHS Accounting & Controlling team; involving addressing questions and providing updates on Actuals and forecasts on a monthly / quarterly basis  Establishes & implements Dashboards to create more transparency within DX/ LD Controlling Develops the DX governance across Functions & legal entities including harmonization of processes, regulations and definitions
Required skills to have for the success of this role
  • Masters Degree in Finance, Accounting, or other related field  
  • Required past experience: 5-8 years’ experience
  • Required amount of travel: <5%
  • Other required knowledge, skills, or expertise:
    Advance knowledge of MS Office Applications and automation/ digitalization tools such as QlikSense, UiPath, etc.
