The role:

The User Researcher will be responsible for designing and conducting user research, and identifying the best method based on research goals and resources. The Researcher is responsible for all aspects of research (planning, recruiting, moderation, analysis, reporting) for both generative (participatory design) and evaluative (usability testing) research. You will be using a variety of user testing methodologies to reveal actionable customer insights. You will also be experienced working with data, from gathering and analysis through to design and presentation.

Requirements:

Demonstrable experience working as a user researcher, Batchelors or higher degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience), experience with the UX design process, strong research, analysis and communication skills, ability to present research findings in an engaging way, strong problem solving skills. Proficiency with a range of data analysis, collaboration and presentation software. Experience of prototyping tools desirable. A passion for product-centric innovation, works well independently and as part of a team.
