Senior Service Designer

Job Description

Guides or participates in complex research, design, and development for new and emerging information design and delivery technologies and methods. Analyzes and clarifies complex requirements. Contributes to strategic planning. Contributes to strategic-level projects and programs. Solves complex problems related to user-assistance and training. Participates in usability testing and product validation. Supports customer engagement, metrics and measurement programs. Mentors co-workers. Is self directed and requires minimal direction, with latitude for applying independent judgment. Works independently and as a part of cross functional teams with numerous stakeholders. Works with product managers, customers, subject matter experts, GTAC, sales support, localization, and education services.
