Support Head of Consulting Center to ensure HR Consulting Center operation adherence to defined guidelines, processes and procedures, set up standard operation procedure, conduct regular operational review and take actions in case of deviations to ensure high standard data quality and solution delivery;
Continuously analyze HR Consulting related processes, methodologies and tools, and look for improvement potential;
Drive and lead HR lean/productivity projects by leveraging multiple internal and external resources;
Participate and support global/local projects that improve processes and positively impact internal customer experience, e.g. Workday, HR Chatbot;
Support to achieve operation excellence in M&A projects;
Ensure that HR Consulting processes will be supported by stringent, lean & flexible HR IT solutions;
Implement systems policies, guidelines, programs and standards, ensure administration, usage, maintenance, cyber security and improvement of HR Consulting IT applications;
Perform respective HR IT demand alignment, implementation, and rollout projects in cooperation with vendor and IT partners;
Cooperate with service providers, monitors services KPIs and work deliverable.
At least 8 years of demonstrated success as HR generalist/consulting role incl. more than 2 years dedicated HR lean/productivity/digitalization experience in multinational organization.
Minimum Bachelor or Master Degree in subjects as Human Resources, business administration, management, etc., with systematic HR knowledge and methodology.
