We are actively recruiting for a hardworking Renewal Sales Representative Manager to join our team in Stockholm

Joining our sales team will give you the chance to create a real impact with customers. You’ll be responsible for selling and renewing SaaS subscription-based software products, upsells, price increases and extending the tenure and lifetime value of our customers.

You will be responsible to lead sales activities and maximize revenue from opportunities that exist within assigned territory of accounts. The Manager will lead and actively participate in monthly renewal sales meetings, facilitate strategy meetings with the broader sales team on key renewal metrics for the team, and execute on revenue initiatives or other special projects defined for the renewal sales business.

This is an excellent opportunity were you will engage with various levels of contacts over the phone to advance the customer journey through strong rapport building and consultative partnership.

A key part of this role is identifying possible roadblocks to customer longevity in various parts of the Siemens/Customer relationship, including product training, license deployment, and license utilization. Skills include identification of potential customer needs, detailed account assessment, and in-depth collaboration with other internal teams What you’ll be doing
  • Establishing and executing a plan to engage existing customers both on-line and on the phone.
  • Support the advancement of customers through milestones of the buyer’s journey including adoption, expansion, and renewal.
  • Working alongside other sales as necessary to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Analysis of commercial situations, comparing to internal policies, followed by creation of compelling offer.
  • Works on projects/assignments and ownership of tasks, seeing through to completion.

We want to hear from you if you have previous sales experience working with medium and large enterprise business clients. Whilst having the ability to interact with a large variety of people including sales, presales, post sales and customers from various industrial sectors and at different levels of responsibility.

We are looking for someone is an effective relationship builder at a Sales orchestrator or Manager level, both internal and external.

Phone contact management experience, knowledge of online marketing and CRM system a must. Do you have excellent verbal communication skills and a working knowledge of Excel? Then we would really like to see your application!
