Siemens PLM are looking for an outgoing and highly motivated Partner Sales Executive with a proven sales record, work ethic, excellent judgement, and a desire to build a long-term career with us.

You will be responsible for both self-generated sales and influencing business partners to achieve a sales objective:

  • Building the initial value proposition, approaching customers, building a pipeline and closing opportunities.
  • The role will involve both expanding Siemens’ footprint in existing customers and it is also critical to win new logo business. Identify potential business opportunities at prospective new accounts.
  • Working with reseller partners to jointly pursue sales opportunities throughout the sales and delivery life cycle

The products that this role will focus on are dependent on the background of the successful candidate and the existing team will be restructured to make the best use of people’s skillsets.

We are seeking someone who is able to present technical solutions in a business context to senior management

Do you have experience in Engineering / Manufacturing / Support with experience selling PLM solutions - then this could be the role for you!

We will require this candidate to be highly organized with outstanding analytic and problem-solving abilities, and able to work effectively with minimal oversight.

It would be desirable to have experience of aspects of engineering or manufacturing software within a PLM context.

When back to a normal way of working a typical week would involve approximately 3 days of travel around the UK, a day in the Siemens’ Solihull office and a day at a convenient office location/home. There is some overseas travel for training and meetings with peers.
