Areas of responsibilities:
Business Management Activities: According to the regional strategies developed, develop the annual AOP figures; lead and implement the respective business development programs in order to achieve the performances targets defined, including the strategy reconstruction of existing product lines, launch plans of new introduced product lines, new emerging market development plans, and localization programs etc.
Formalize the respective Marketing and business plans, lead the communication and cooperation between AP and global BUs to ensure successful implementation of global product strategies.
Coordinate and implement total solution program and other business cooperative programs in Healthineers . Ensure the direct connection with global strategy department, Support and coordinate the regional implementation of global strategic programs
Continuous market research and competition analysis on the foreseen and planned activities and delivering corresponding feedback to Sales/MKT, define and replace the strategy according to survey and marketing analysis data.
Ensure together with RA/QS and according to ISO rules the withdrawals of products and the complaint handling.
Management Activities: Communicate with team timely for the company updates
Cooperate with related department to implement company management system, like leadr, opp, finance etc. Other marketing or related projects or tasks assigned by supervisor or company.
At least 10 years experience in marketing within diagnositcs industry. Adequate knowledge about diagnostics products and its major feastures, applications and advantages. Excellent marketing and strategy management experience and proven success record.
The ability to provide leadership in many situations and with using different communication methods both remotely and face to face.
Effective communication skills both written and verbal and good teamwork.
Is highly computer literate with good experience in using Microsoft Office applications in particular expert knowledge of Excel.
Has a thorough knowledge of Company Procedures and Policies.
Good understanding of the Financial system operated within the company.
A broad based knowledge of the products within the In-Vitro Diagnostics industry. .
Good planning and organization skills.Negotiation skills.
