(SEDS) Customer Service Engineer

Job Description

REPONSIBILITES:

  • Perform fault statistics and analysis based on failure code and return goods.
  • Set up the knowledge base and make the training for service engineers or customers.
  • Communicate with customers politely and reasonably to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide technical proposals, spare parts and repair parts for the enquiry.
  • Make the service concept for the new product project.
  • Handle with the warranty claim from domestic and oversea about air-cooled drive.
  • Perform on-site trouble shooting service.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor degree in automation, electrical engineering or related majors, with 3 years working experience.
  • Machine Knowledge, Vector Control, V/F control, PWM knowledge.
  • Have a good fault analysis capability and Trouble shooting experience.
  • Professional communication capability and presentation skill.
  • Have lean awareness and know basic lean method: e.g. 7 wastes,5s, A3,Process Mapping.
  • Quality awareness and basic quality tools application including data analysis and problem solving. 
  • Good archiving skill.
  • Basic commercial knowledge.
  • Good English communication skill.
