- Perform fault statistics and analysis based on failure code and return goods.
- Set up the knowledge base and make the training for service engineers or customers.
- Communicate with customers politely and reasonably to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical proposals, spare parts and repair parts for the enquiry.
- Make the service concept for the new product project.
- Handle with the warranty claim from domestic and oversea about air-cooled drive.
- Perform on-site trouble shooting service.
- Bachelor degree in automation, electrical engineering or related majors, with 3 years working experience.
- Machine Knowledge, Vector Control, V/F control, PWM knowledge.
- Have a good fault analysis capability and Trouble shooting experience.
- Professional communication capability and presentation skill.
- Have lean awareness and know basic lean method: e.g. 7 wastes,5s, A3,Process Mapping.
- Quality awareness and basic quality tools application including data analysis and problem solving.
- Good archiving skill.
- Basic commercial knowledge.
- Good English communication skill.
