Job Description

Your mission and responsibilities:

·        Assist the line manager and team for the daily administration and file management, translate email and file

·        Arrange meetings and travels for line manager and team

·        Book flight ticket & hotel, prepare travel application and reimbursement

·        Manage office assets & supplies’ administration and procurement

·        Support to place purchase order, and maintain OneSRM system

·        Arrange Sales & BP regular meeting and appointment, take meeting minutes

·        Coordinate meeting room reservation

·        Support line manager and team to prepare internal documents

                  

Your qualifications and experiences:

·        2-3 years working experience in sales admin function

·        Bachelor degree or above
