Provision of single point of travel service contact where employees can manage their travel related inquiries in Concur system, and travel admin handling orders with multichannel access options.
What are my responsibilities?
• Respond to customers and users travel queries, issues via multichannel (e.g., Email, telephone, live chat and etc.) as per time schedule defined.
• Support Travel system as administrator and involve in system workflow.
• Ensure communication with internal team and global team, update FAQ and contact person timely.
• Responsible for travel related notification drafting, checking and sending.
• Provide office-based back-up with team members.
• Other tasks assigned by manager.
What do I need to quality for this job?
• Education: Diploma or above
• Working Experience: Fresh Graduate is welcome
• Knowledge/Languages: Fluent English both in speaking and writing
• Good communication skills
• Be responsible and customer oriented
• Be able to work under pressure
• Be willing to learn and quick learning
