Customer Services Support Operator
This is your role. What part will you play?
We provide transactional and digital Opportunity-to-Cash services from lead generation to the collection of incoming payments. We support Siemens businesses in driving top-line growth, profitability, cash conversion and customer intimacy. We are increasing efficiency across different businesses through process reengineering, simplification, digital services and Opportunity-to-Cash integration. We act as one global team, jointly delivering maximum value to our customers as their trusted Partner of Choice by driving E2E processes and digital transformation in an entrepreneurial way.

- You will handle Inbound Calls and emails, assist customers with queries pertaining to Pega application
- You will be the first point of contact for Level 1 queries from Pega users with regards to the applications
- You will coordinate with Level2 and Core team to assist with users’ queries
- You will participate actively in all the org level initiatives as well as employee engagement activities

- You are a Graduate with 1+ years of prior similar experience
- You are fluent in communication skills, written and verbal
- You are flexible with the shifts
- You have knowledge on Siemens business and Depth Structure and Division mapping
- You have excellent organization skills, customer service, Interpersonal skills, teamwork skills and forward thinking
- You are a fast learner and should be able to think analytically
