Change the world of tomorrow with us and become part of one of the most active M&A teams. Your tasks include:
  • For complex M&A projects (acquisitions, divestments, or joint venture projects), you will work together with the project manager and take responsibility for selected project modules. You will contribute to the structuring of transactions, conduct profitability analyses as well as company valuations in coordination with the project manager
  • You will be responsible for preparing well-structured decision documents for complex matters
  • Within the project modules, you will partly independently lead teams consisting of internal and external consultants on the respective specialist topic
  • You will coordinate the implementation of internal and external expert opinions and work out the effects on the decision parameters in a structured manner
  • You will participate in M&A negotiations and coordinate individual topics independently
  • You will actively shape the development of our department's processes and methods
What you need to make real what matters.
  • The basis is your successfully completed university degree in business administration
  • You have several years of knowledge and experience in M&A or related areas (e.g. finance, investment management/controlling, strategy consulting)
  • You have project experience in an international environment or abroad, as well as experience working on complex projects
  • You have a profound knowledge of fundamental business analysis 
  • (business models incl. value drivers) and external accounting
  • You have a sound knowledge of business valuation and work in a result-oriented manner
  • You convince us with a good understanding of numbers as well as strong analytical skills and are able to independently structure, prepare and present complex matters in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel and Powerpoint for senior management teams
  • You have a high degree of learning ability and initiative
  • In your collaboration with several interfaces, you communicate fluently in German and English
  • You share our understanding that fun at work and top performance under demanding conditions go well together
