Digital Solutions Sales Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for all digital solutions sales activities,
Drives, innovation through proper customer engagement and ensures the provision of
appropriate portfolio and resources. The main responsibilities also include:
Govern, support and represent the sales activities of the business line to achieve best results for both digital offerings and enablement of additional regional business.
Drive and buildup of digital competencies and to ensure adherence of the company strategy with local management
Thought leader of the organization in term of Digital Value Proposition, actively engage and influence the market (Planners, Consultants, High End customers) according to the company strategy and offerings
Will be measured against the sales volume targets and Digital Value-Added Services developed
Gather market information, plan and forecast sales performance
Deploy new business initiatives and develop sales leads through prospecting and networking with partners and industry contacts
Provide support on the design of custom-made service products or solutions
Identify the competitors and customers’ activities in market and formulate effective strategies
During proposal or bid preparation, develops/analyzes plans, contract specifications and/or other site and Customer information determining contract requirements (scope, solution, costs, risks/opportunities) supporting clarification of Customer inquiries.
Support Company Sales Community by working with sales from other divisions sales to maximize business
Drive sales in assigned segments to achieve/exceed sales targets.
Lead in proposal development, bid management, tendering and follow through to tender award. Seek team support as needed in technical solution build-up.
Support new business development, identify and development new opportunities to achieve revenue and increasing market ratio
Individuals who meet the following requirements or possess the equivalent combination of competence and experience are invited to apply:
Strong experience in consultative selling, preferably in the Digital practice of an international consultancy firm
Successful track-record in sales/business development, client management and project management in a consulting environment
Significant exposure to the software industry and strong affinity for digital solutions and the use of digital technologies to transform business models and provide new value-producing opportunities
Excellent influencing and networking skills, paired with stakeholder management experience in a multi-layered global environment
Strong understanding of Information Technology
Solid presentation and communication skills and fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese both written and spoken plus any other languages
Flexible to travel as required
