We are looking for a Part Time Working Student (Service Quality Engineer) for our Customer Service Team in İstanbul/Kartal.
What are my responsibilities?
-Supporting customer service teams on customer locations.
-Following and organizing the documentation of the Field Service Group.
-Communicating customers about their documentation needs.
-Following the Quality Environmental Health & Safety Issues and actions and report to the responsibles.
-Collaborating with stakeholders on consolidating, monitoring and analyzing of data to create required presentations/dashboards/reports.
-Planning, reporting and improving activities.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
-3rd year undergraduate student in Electrical Engineering.
-Able to work 2,5-4 days/week online and/or in Kartal office.
-Advanced command of written and spoken English, German is an asset
-Advance level of MS Office Applications; especially Excel and Powerpoint.
-Cooperative, flexible and a good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Analytical thinking, result and quality oriented approach.
-Data consolidation and interpretation and reporting skills.
