UI / Video / Graphic Designer Trainee (m/f/d)

Job Description

As an UI / Video / Graphic Designer Trainee, you will:
  • Support IT projects communication from design concept to materials completion (e.g.: logos, banners, interfaces, newsletters) based on team’s briefing and on available information from the project
  • Use various techniques to translate complex ideas and to create attractive and effective designs for all media both in digital and physical formats according to the projects’ requirements and usability best practices
  • Create videos, gifs, infographics
  • Develop web concepts (SharePoint, Wordpress) 
  • Create user stories, personas and storyboards through user research and data
  • Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g.: usability, findability, feedback gathering)
  • Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers
  • Support the team throughout the execution of campaigns and projects
  • Understand projects’ requirements and concepts
  • Prioritize project identity and goals, following corporate and strategic guidelines

To make a difference, you must have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field
  • Experience with design software and graphics editing tools (e.g., Photoshop, Light Room, InDesign, Illustrator, UXPin, Balsamiq) 
  • Previous experience with web design (e.g., Apps, WordPress, SharePoint, Websites, HTML5) up to 1 year 
  • Experience with motion graphics and video edition software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, XD, Weaver) 
  • Experience in creation of UX/UI elements
  • Portfolio of design projects
  • Creative thinking with attention to detail
  • Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
  • User-centric mindset
  • Excellent communication, time management and multitasking skills
  • Design thinking
  • Teamwork skills
  • The willingness to listen to feedback and use it to improve
  • Digital Native mindset
  • Good written and spoken English 
  • Coding skills (nice to have)
  • Passion for IT topics and will to work on a multicultural environment (nice to have)
