What are my responsibilities?
- Conduct monthly bookings and accrual& provision tracing
- Control and follow AP balance
- Control and follow ICC related topics
- Control and follow SRE & maintenance cost
- Conduct tax related topic including Non-trade WHT, Stamp tax VAT & Tax refund application
- Conduct Company insurance contract renew and claim
- Conduct Bank account administration and daily cash flow control
- Change and update company certification, Entity annual inspection
- Handle and clear RMB and FX payment (include FX Hagen activity)
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Bachelor’s degree, major in accounting, finance, economic administration or equivalent.
- 2-3 years of AR/AP experience
- Be familiar with financial administration
- Be familiar with stamp duty policy
- Use skillfully SAP software and MS Word, Excel
