This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Director, PMO- PLM Ultrasound Engineering, you will be responsible for:

·       Responsible for maintaining project portfolio funnel, initiating new projects aligned to business priorities and long-term strategy.

·       Partners with functional leaders in Marketing, R&D, Operations, Quality, Customer Service to deliver products and services from concept to full commercial launch and volume production/scale-up.

·       Deploys successful project planning and process improvements across the organization to make the project organization efficient, transparent, while ensuring alignment with the business objectives.

·       Leads program management governance, conducting regular reviews such that key projects are tracking to defined objectives and KPIs, maintaining stakeholder alignment, and proactively managing risk to quality and schedule performance.

  • Demonstrated competence forming, organizing, and leading product development teams from concept through commercial launch.
  • Demonstrated depth in organizational dynamics, motivating teams, and developing talent.
  • You will be working with our latest technology and therefore you are willing to learn about new software and hardware solutions
  • Willingness to travel and flexibility, including short-term international deployment, is expected
  • Since you are interacting with international customers, excellent English skills (ideally as native language, spoken and written) are necessary.
  • You have very good presentation skills in the customer environment, and you show team orientation, communication skills and customer orientation

Required skills to have for the success of this role

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • A minimum of 10+ years of experience successfully leading large and complex medical device development programs
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience at a Director level.
  • Willing to travel up to 20%
