您的工作将包括但不限于:
1. 制定公司大客户管理相关规章制度、流程指引等政策;
2. 协助内部流程推动公司与战略房地产大客户的签约;
3. 负责大客户档案的建立和客户资源整理与分析工作;
4. 作为部门的窗口,协调大客户部与其他业务部门之间事务的对接沟通;
5. 总结日常工作经验,提出相关优化或改进建议;完成公司与部门交办的其他工作。

我们希望您:
1. 本科及以上学历;
2. 管理类、市场运营类相关专业;
3. 工作经验:最好有大客户管理和市场营销等工作经验;
4. 知识/证书:具有英语语言能力相关资质证书;
5. 数据分析能力较强,熟练使用office办公软件(尤其是Excel与PPT);
6. 有优秀的逻辑思维、谈判能力和跨部门沟通能力。
