Job Description

Job Description: 
• Provide end-to-end consulting services for internal and external manufacturing enterprises, undertake sales / CRM related topic as the core  
• Work with supply chain and digital consultant to deliver sales and or supply chain collaboration services 
• Provide consulting services for marketing and sales management topics for B2B or B2C business with potential digital solutions, e.g. partner management, channel management, sales excellence, CRM, sales forecast and budget management, pricing and quotation management, contract management 
• Act as expertise in the delivery project, provide structural business consulting know-how and host change management topics, work closely with each party in the project (customer, partner etc.) 
• Complete other tasks assigned by department leader or project manager 

Qualification: 
• Experience in end-to-end business process of customer journey management, especially in the business areas of “lead to opportunity to order”,  
• Familiar with major marketing automation solutions and / or CRM solutions 
• Familiar with distributor management, channel management, E-commerce operation management, sales forecast and sales excellence related  
• At least 3 – 5 years consulting experience in consulting firm with relevant project experience, worked as an executive project manager is plus 
• Data analysis capability with Power BI or Tableau is preferred 
• Basic function know-how of SAP ERP is plus 
• Excellent ability of structured thinking and logical expression, strong communication skills
