This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Project Manager Leading Onsite to Online Smart Collaboration strategies for Siemens Healthineers Customer Service for Laboratory Diagnostics you will be responsible for:

·         In your activities you will define and implement the End-to-End Smart Collaboration Roadmap from Customer to Laboratory Diagnostics Customer Service driving tools and technology which deliver the Onsite to Online strategy 

·         You will map and implement the Laboratory Diagnostics Customer Service Onsite to Online Strategy and its alignment to innovative solution offerings 

·         You will drive and deliver Laboratory Diagnostics Customer Service Targets aligned to Siemens Healthineers Customer Service making online interaction the customer’s first choice 

·         You will establish and engage in a direct interface to Experimental / Innovation Teams within the Siemens Healthineers Customer Service Smart Collaboration Team(s)  

·         You will create & drive project teams for current, mid-term, & future state of Laboratory Diagnostics Customer Service

·         You demonstrate strong experience with innovative, transformative Smart Collaboration technology, tools, and their implementation 

·         You have completed studies, certifications and demonstrate experience in Project Management with a Global scope implementation and success factors 

·         You demonstrate experience in Customer Service Excellence 

·         Your experience should demonstrate familiarity with Laboratory Diagnostics portfolio and customer base 

·         You have good PC skills (MS Office software like Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook) 

·         You will be working with our latest technology and therefore you are willing to learn about new software and hardware solutions 

·         Willingness to travel and flexibility, including short-term international deployment, is expected 

·         Since you are interacting with international customers, excellent English skills (ideally as native language, spoken and written) are necessary, German language skills and knowledge of other languages is of advantage 

·         You have excellent presentation skills in the customer environment, and you show team orientation, communication skills and customer orientation 

Required skills to have for the success of this role

·         Minimum of 5-8 years SMART Collaboration Technology experience; including experience in Laboratory Diagnostics industry and or Customer Service 

·         Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required 

·         Willing to travel up to 20%
