This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Sr. CRM Financial Planning Analyst, you will be responsible for:


  • You will coordinate the financial planning processes for Laboratory Diagnostics’ Global CRM organization including among other activities timeline development, target formulation, regional reviews, cross functional alignment and developing reporting requirements
  • You will lead the financial forecast process for Diagnostics CRM, including reviews with sales organizations, documentation, global roll-up assessment
  • You will take part in rolling out and support global initiatives related to CRM financial planning including the long-term Integrated Business Planning and other Commercial Excellence projects

  • You have completed studies in Business or Finance, have several years of relevant experience in Financial Planning in an international business
  • You have excellent understanding of Financial Statement analysis and how they connect with business performance (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) as well as analytical skills to bring insights from financial data
  • Since you will be regularly interacting with Senior Management and engaging cross functional teams, you have very good presentation skills, strong communication ability and a clear focus and working in teams
  • You are proactive in finding actionable insights from financial data and enabling business transparency
  • You have excellent MS Excel skills for data analysis and PowerPoint knowledge for effective presentations
  • You have very good knowledge of SAP and other financial reporting systems

Required skills to have for the success of this role


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance. MBA or Masers in Finance a plus
  • Minimum of 5-8 years’ experience in Financial Planning
  • International experience or experience with the medical device industry a plus
  • Willing to travel up to 10%
