What will you do?

  • Communicating with Vendors on delivery time, weights, dimensions, and other specifications and coordinating with the Logistic department for pickup and on-time shipment as well as the warehouses for the receiving process.
  • Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy
  • Making special shipping arrangements as necessary
  • Tracking and updating shipping Reports.
  • Receiving products in ERP systems.
  • Organizing and managing storage and shipment solutions.
  • Arranging the Return of damaged goods to the vendors.
  • Preparing and presenting reports and updating the shipments trackers.
  • Manage daily client orders through an online ordering system
  • Plan and execute stock transfers between the warehouses and 3PLs and communicate with stake holders to schedule the timely delivery of goods.

What will you need to succeed?

  • Bachelor or Diploma in a related field.
  • 2-3 years of logistics coordination experience
  • Knowledge of shipping documents and ERP system is a great asset
  • Bilingualism is a must (French, English).
  • Knowledge of Excel is a very important
