This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Demand Planning Professional, you will be responsible for:

  • Your activities will include planning and scheduling the spares parts and kitting replenishment operations for Flanders supplied products.
  • You will create and schedule production work orders to the different manufacturing operations teams to ensure product is available on time for the field service and customer distribution networks.
  • You will monitor and report on key performance indicators to track trends and changes to demand.
  • You will work cross-functionally to ensure bottle necks to consistent supply to the field are identified and mitigated.
  • You will be the key liaison between the Flanders site and our spare parts distribution partner.
  • You will be responsible for implementing part number changes to ensure inventory is dispositioned effectively.
  • You will be responsible for forecasting demand changes to the procurement group to ensure a consistent supply of raw material is available to support the field organization.

  • You have a strong planning background and knowledge of MRP systems.  SAP experience is preferred.
  • You have strong PC skills (MS Office software like Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
  • You have a strong customer focus, organizational skills and work ethic.
  • You have the ability to communicate supply issues clearly to resolve problems cross functionally.
  • You can work independently and have a strong desire to learn.

Required skills to have for the success of this role

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
