SHL IT Specialist, VIP Support

Job Description

Mission/ Position Headline:

Guarantee the high-quality IT VIP support, drive customer satisfaction to ensure service excellence to SHS senior executive members

Areas of Responsibilities:

1. Provide high quality technical IT VIP support for Senior Executives members, which including desktop computers, software, mobile devices.

2. Provide major event IT support, manage audio/video conferencing solutions etc. including setup meeting, configuration, and troubleshooting.

3. Manage end user communication; Initiative and organize end user IT trainings and awareness improvement.

4. Constantly evaluate desktop service support model and enhance the service level with suggestions and change.

5. Create knowledge base and technical resolutions document repository of fixes, installation procedure, technical tips and other office technology processes.

6. Other assignment as required.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor Degree. IT related major will be preferred
  2. Professional experiences in providing high-quality desktop support and end user technology service in the fields in Windows Desktop, MS Office, Outlook, Virtual Desktop, Apple device, Mobile Solutions etc.

3. Experience with end user desktop technology including upgrade, implementation and change.

4. Excellent customer service personality, excellent communications skills; You will be working in a global environment with mainly English speakers.

5. Minimum 5-7 years working experience in IT support.
