What part will you play?
  • You will have the chance to take the ownership of ramping up a very young product line of SIMATIC family, the Technology-CPU currently with a double-digit growth 
  • You own and drive the development of new business opportunities and manage existing sales pipelines, especially in machine building space
  • You identify meaningful trends and customer needs to build strategic short-/mid-term plans to increase product sales
  • You coordinate and assist the implementation of marketing strategies and represent the interface of various marketing initiatives between Headquarter and Regional Sales Organizations
  • You consider channel customer requirements, frequently review customer projects, and drive innovations forward
  • You drive customer winning strategies and the development of customer entry plans in collaboration with regional account management. You ensure flawless execution within budget 
  • You identify and drive software offerings to strengthen the T-CPU eco-system including disruptive business models (e.g. freeware, freemium, paid applications)
What you need to make real what matters.
  • You have acquired your Bachelor / Master in engineering, management or a combination of both or equivalent
  • You have proven many years of relevant working experience in strategy/management consulting, or innovative tech industries related to complex software sales development and strategy, ideally in an intercultural setting
  • You have strong interpersonal and organizational skills, are able to think creative, contribute with ideas and to work under pressure
  • You have experience in leadership & project management of cross-functional teams and bring the potential to ramp-up a business development team for software and hardware
  • A strong level of German and English language is required.
