GCSS Tools Support Engineers design, develop, modify, and implement software programming for support tools and systems (both internal and external) with the focus on surpassing customer expectations by achieving high quality, ease of use and on time delivery. These tools are critical to delivering the highest quality support product to our customers directly and indirectly by providing our internal GCSS team the capabilities to efficiently and effectively perform their jobs contributing to the overall success of the customer and the team. Responsible for ensuring the overall functional quality of the released product on all required platforms and mechanism. Oversee large project designing, coding, and implementing projects including SFDC on global scale. Create, document, and execute software designs which may involve complicated workflows or multiple product areas. Able to solve complex technical problems. Work with minimal supervision on complex projects with wide latitude for independent judgment.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop required support tools, primarily front-end application/UI development.
  • Act as technical lead and/or participant in one or more projects.
  • Work with minimal supervision on complex projects with wide latitude for independent judgment.


Minimum Requirements:

  • Degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience in the full stack development or SFDC DEV/BA experience.
  • Passionate about producing high-quality solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:

  • React
  • Node.js
  • AWS (or Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus
  • SFDC experience +5 years APEX code/ development
  • BA -capable of understanding business requirements and converting to development requirement
