This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Global Lead of Digital Capability Development, you will be responsible for:

  • The end-to-end curation and management of learning paths within the Digital Capabilities Portfolio
  • The system-side maintenance (Saba, Degreed) and evaluation of corresponding learning measures within the portfolio
  • Contributions to the design and curation of additional learning portfolios for all Siemens Healthineers employees (e.g., General Professional Acumen)
  • In cooperation with business stakeholders, and HR, you will identify, coordinate and/or implement relevant learning content for Siemens Healthineers employees globally, and you support respective communication initiatives
  • In alignment with our global learning standards and supported by internal and/or external learning providers you will manage the design, development, and quality of the required learning content
  • In cooperation with internal and external learning providers, HR and the communications team you help define a roadmap for the global roll-out of a digital capabilities portfolio, drive implementation, and plan required design and delivery resources

Required skills to have for the success of this role

  • German language is a preferred skill set, but not required
  • Experience in working within cross functional and global teams
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • 2-5 years learning or education experience; including experience in digital training methodologies
  • Digital Capabilities training experience preferred
  • Willing to travel up to 20%
