Job Description

Your mission and responsibilities:

Assist the line manager and team for the daily administration and file management, translate email and file

Arrange meetings and travels for line manager and team

Book flight ticket & hotel, prepare travel application and reimbursement

Manage office assets & supplies’ administration and procurement

Support to place purchase order, and maintain OneSRM system

Arrange Sales & BP regular meeting and appointment, take meeting minutes

Coordinate meeting room reservation

Support line manager and team to prepare internal documents

Your qualifications and experiences:

2-3 years working experience in sales admin function

Bachelor degree or above
