SHL CS CRM VIP&KAM Manager

Job Description

Your tasks and responsibilities:

•    Support line manager to achieve (over achieve) VIP KAM business growth, including GM% of OI, CCR etc.

•    Responsible for the service and coordiniation of Strategic level VIP. Including, group customver visit, dig out customer needs. Timely feedback according to VIP customer’s request and monitoring the service execution to VIP customers.

•    Cooperate with product sales and leverage CS resource to improve the VIP customer engagement.

•    Cooridnate region CS Sales for VIP business growth as well as leading the vritural team for VIP program

•    Support product saes for KAM business including bidding support, quotation and negocation.

•    For CS KAM, support for KAM service packaege and solution design, KAM group customer contract signature, customer relationship maitaninance and exploring. KAM group customer claim handing and AR collection.

•    Other task assigned by line manager

Your qualifications and experience:

•    8 years working experience in service sales or pre-sales.

•    3 years working experience in sales manager position or lead big projects

•    Bachelor or above in Medical/business related
