Project Manager (EPC&PA)

Job Description

What are my responsibilities?
  • Consults with customers on technical solution, in cooperation with Sales, Key Account manager and other business unit.
  • Prepare the bidding document as per customer’s requirement (Solution business)
  • Cooperate with customer for the clarifications and contract negotiation afterwards
  • Following Siemens project management process to control the cost and cash flow on budget and on time delivery
  • Managing the project risk and opportunities in project execution
  • Meeting contractual delivery time and key milestone, get FAC on time
  • Monitoring project quality issues, deviation database and take relevant action
  • Making project resource plan and discussing with various function managers to ensure sufficient and qualified resource for project execution
  • Motivating the project team members to ensure project success
  • Ensuing supplier selection and negotiation together with Supply Chain Management (SCM) team
  • Managing customer expectation and satisfaction
What do I need to qualify for the job?
  • 3 years and above working experience on Project management at automation industry
  • A Bachelor’s Degree and above
  • Fluency in English in oral and written
  • Good communication, coordination, teamwork and leadership skills
